PCB Drilling and Routing, Subcontract Machining ServiceACS provides a competitively priced PCB drilling and routing service. Our mechanical drilling capability consists entirely of air bearing spindle machines offering drilled diameters from 0.10mm upwards. This is supported by x-ray and SPC control systems. Complementing this is a routing and subcontract machining service. Laser Drilling, Profiling, Marking and ModificationACS is at the forefront of technology in terms of laser ablation for high density interconnection (HDI) applications. Utilizing the LVD 2001 DP+, two-laser system from Excellon, incorporating both UV and CO2 lasers, we are able to produce microvias in a variety of materials both accurately and efficiently.
